Unique App...
The British hypnotist has a very friendly, kind voice. Sure, his "common sense rules" about eating arent for everyone (one reviewer said he gave some negative messages), but the gist of what he says is positive. I did notice after listening to the App a couple of times that he says most of the more hypnotist/suggestive type things toward the end of the recording. I didnt notice this at first because I had fallen asleep during the recording the first few times. I think theres a reason why those "suggestions" are when the listener is in a more relaxed or receptive state. The critical mind is less active. I think this guys the real deal.
There is one glitch that I hope can be fixed…I set my preferences to the "sleep" setting (not to wake up after the session) & I hear BOTH conclusions to the session. "WAKE UP at the count of five…NOW you are going into a deep sleep etc etc"…I hope the makers of the App can fix that little/not so little issue, because this App is otherwise quite good.
Oh and by the way, I did notice some changes in my eating behavior soon after listening to the App. Not as hungry between meals, for one thing. Works best if you listen to it on a regular basis. Cheerio!
